There are none. to be a healthy individual there are different diet choices that can be made to cater to your specific body type, but abstaining form food is not a smart choice, or a healthy one.

∙ 14y agoJust say that you don't like the taste. I don't drink because everything alcoholic tastes like crap to me. I've had a taste of maybe 300 drinks and never found one I like. You can always have the " Virgin " variety. No alcohol. I like a Virgin Sunrise, Virgin Margarita, Virgin Pina Colada. I alwys refer to Martinis as Lighter Fluid with an olive.
