What are some gymnastics tips for a level six gymnast?
i am a level 7 right now and i found that i got more confident
when i made 2 goals per event at every meet and i didnt care about
the scores if i completed my goals and it also made my scores
improve when i fixed things (ex. beam-straight legs in backwalkover
and no falls, bars- don't tap legs on mat after free-hip and conect
the full routine, floor- have legs in hitch kick to the right
height and stick my front tuck, vault- better pre flight and stick
it!) that's what i did and it worked out!
