If a guy at work likes you would he be mad if you suggested avoiding each other for a while because of some drama?
Well that depends on your situation. Im assuming you arent together I would tell him you feel that you never want work and your personal life to mix and to make sure of that you want to avoid meeting during work. If you like him let him know that this could go places but work and personal life dont mix. If you dont like him tell him your worried about his personal life interfering with work. This will be hard to tell someone this but its just worth it.

What the insurance adjuster would not tell you?
This question is hard to answer. I guess the only things I can think of that the adjuster will not tell you are the things that he/she cannot legally tell you such as the policyholders personal information, like their social security number, and other personal information protected by privacy laws. While it is no the adjusters responsibility to educate you on everything, most all adjusters will be truthful on any direct questions that you pose to them.
Asked in Landlord-Tenant Issues
Once evicted and personal property is abandoned what should the landlord do with the personal property?
The answer to your question depends on your state's laws. To avoid costly legal claims initiated by your former tenant, I highly recommend that you contact a landlord-tenant law attorney in your area. A landlord's advocacy group could also tell you what your local laws are on storage of abandoned property.
