What are some of the exciting things to do at Neptune?
Well since we think Neptune in uninhabited, there really aren't exiting things to do there, if people don't even live there.
You might want to take up parasailing. The winds would keep you aloft for days! You could catch an updraft on the 1,305 miles per hour winds and sail about and never touch down. But given the atmosphere is composed of ammonia ice, water ice, ammonia hydrosulfide, and methane ice, I really don't think that would be much fun either.
I think the most exciting thing to do on Neptune would be to survive. The atmosphere is extremely toxic, so you'd be indoors all the time. If you go pack lots of board games, Monopoly might be good to while away the long boring hours.
To live and survive on planet Neptune, you would require a number of things. First, you would obviously need a spaceship. You would need food, water and oxygen. There are many other things you would need, however Neptune is not a terrestrial planet, it is made of gas. Its tempuratures are extremley cold. This makes it impossible to survive on.
Some interesting facts about the planet Neptune are: * It was named after the Roman sea god * Neptune is the stormiest planet with 1,240 miles per hour winds * Neptune is a sea blue color due to the methane gas in its atmosphere * Neptune goes around the Sun every 165 Earth Years * Neptune has 8 known moons * Neptune is known as the Ice Giant
