I've never had a job that have some sort of problems be they big or small. If I ran into a problem that I couldn't handle I would go to my immediate Supervisor and see if he/she could handle this problem for me. If there was no way I could resolve this problem it was either live with it or move on. I guess it depends on how much of a problem it really is and whether you as an employee can live with it without being stressed out.
