the east is the east and the west is the west.so there is a clash of civilization which will never meet because of geography ,culture and somewhat religion.howerver, dealing with the middle eastern people was not bad as they provide oil to the west and import worth of billions of dollars from the west.desite the differences Europe and America benifet a lot from middle east .

There is not one style of democracy in the Middle East, but many. Countries such as Turkey and Israel (the Middle East's only true democracies) have vastly different systems for governance. Quasi-democracies like Egypt, Lebanon, and Iraq also have very different systems for governance. Please specify an individual country and the differences can be discussed.
There is no such country. Washington and Oregon are nowhere near the Middle East and are both in the continental US.

The Middle East means Middle Orient (between left and right of the Orient). The Middle East is actually Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India. Occident means West. What the British named the "Middle East" during their British Colony days is actually Southwest Asia. Britain considered itself the "center" of the world and made measurements using Great Britain as the point of reference; such as Turkey was close to Britain and was considered part of Asia, therefore Turkey was called "Asia Minor." Since what we call today's "Middle East" was between ASIA MINOR (Turkey) and India, what we call today's "Middle East" was in the middle...so the British called it the Middle East. The 1967 Six-Day War & the 1973 Yom Kipper War fought in Southwest Asia (incorrectly referred to as the Middle East) was known to contain oil reserves. However, with the cold war going on, neither the Soviets nor the US could become involved with those wars without causing a confrontation between the US & Soviet Union. Both sides (US/USSR) did supply massive quantities of Tanks, Jets, Missiles, and ammunition for them however.
