Neptunes features are:

. Gassy

. Blue

. Neptune has one storm system know as the Great Dark Spot. The storm system is thought to be rotating counter clockwise due to a spiral shape of both the dark boundary and the white cirrus surrounding the spot.

.Neptune has a set of four rings which are very narrow and faint. They are made up of dust particles made by tiny meteorites that have crashed into Neptune's moons.

  • One is thatUranus and Neptune are called the sister planet!!!!

:-} :-)

*Added*

Neptune's days are 16 hours, 6 minutes and 36 seconds in average. Being a gas giant Neptune isn't solid so the closer one gets to the poles the faster the spin about 12 hrs or slower at it's equator about 18 hrs with eddies and whirlpools in between.

try watching a river at its bend and drop a bit of wood as a reference----not all of the water moves at the same speed

Neptune is named after a Roman god.

Neptune is the farthest planet from the sun and the smallest of the gas giants. It has a gravity that is very similar to Earth's. It is also a Great Dark Spot, which is a strong hurricane-like storm. Because Neptune is a gas planet, it does not have a definite surface. The visible "surface" of Neptune is a blue haze. Occasional clouds and storms are visible.
