George Washington who was born on Feb. 22nd and Abraham Lincoln who was born on Feb. 12th.

It depends on the laws of the state where you live. The federal holiday is not Presidents' Day, it is Washington's Birthday and only honors George Washington. Many states of a Presidents' Day and depending on the state law it may honor both Washington and Lincoln or all former presidents.
