Oxygen tank, Acetylene tank, regulators for each tank, hoses, a torch, and a striker. Check valves are also a good idea if they're not already installed.

a comparison of the A.C. and D.C. arc welding will give you a clear idea about the type of current that can be used. 1 D.C. equipments for welding are 2 to 3 times higher than A.C. welding equipments 2 more suitable for non-ferrous metals than the A.C. welding. 3 cheaper electrodes and almost all types of electrodes can be used in D.C. welding. 4 high power consumption per Kg of deposited metal, welding efficiency low 5 safer as low no load voltage is required. A.C. arc welding 1 cheaper than D.C. arc welding. 2 not all kind of electrodes can be used. 3 high welding efficiency low power consumption per Kg of deposited metal. 4 dangerous as high no load voltage is required.

TIG welding,MIG welding, plasma arc welding, ARC welding & laser welding

There is, Gas welding, Stick or Arc welding, Mig welding, Tig welding,

The three common welding processes are oxyfuel welding, arc welding, and resistance welding.

There are many MANY types of welding processes, but the most common for metal are: Gas-Torch welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, Flux wire welding, and Stick welding.

There are many different types of specialized welding. Mig welding and Tig welding are only a few. More specialized welding, such as underwater welding, are the highest paying welding jobs.

One type of welding is tube welding. Another type if mig welding.

SAW welding is a type of arc welding while ERW welding is spot or seam welding. SAW stand for submerged arc welding while ERW stands for electric resistance welding.

Mainly In spot welding & resistance welding two type welding machines are used :- 1. Air Cooled & 2. water Cooled.

seam welding is same as of spot welding.' Difference is that in case of seam welding the rotating wheel is used.....nd it is the fast process than spot welding.....

The art of welding has many shapes and forms. There is gas welding, stick welding, tig welding and mig welding. Each has its atvantages in working with various materials. It depends upon what you are welding and what you want to accomplish. For instance, welding rusty metal is usually welded with stick welding as the stick penetrates and burns up rust better than other methods. As far as I know, plasma is only for cutting and not welding. Tig welding is better for intricate welds and visual appeal.

CS Welding is known as Carbon Steel welding that is more beneficial and easy to use for welding purpose.

Welding Electrorodes or Welding Rods are used in arc welding. Arc welding is a special type of welding which uses a welding power supply to create an electric arc between the base material (e.g. steel) and the electrode. The Welding Ectrorodes can be used for all weldable aluminum and mild steel.
