I would have to say out of the ones I have read, The Darkest Hour is the best one. My favorite moment out of all Warriors books that I have read is when Firestar, Graystripe, and Ravenpaw reunite to save Mistyfoot, Stormpaw aka Stormfur, and Featherpaw aka Feathertail from TigerClan.

They are obviously written in a way that allows children to be able to comprehend them, but they are interesting. If you like cats then you will probably enjoy the series because they are all written in a cats point of view.

I agree with both the people that have answered before me. Warriors are very interesting and are lovable books. Even if you don't like cats, these books will satisfy you! My friend doesn't like cats much, but he still loved these books. I recommend it with all my heart. I've read all the books and I am eager for The Omen Of the Stars to come out. Erin Hunter is one of the best authors in this universe!

I would not recommend reading blue stars procey first, only because it doesn't explain about the moon pool and clan gatherings as much, in the first book these are explained in more detail.
