1. You can lose weight. Eating out usually is loaded with unhealthy and unnecessary ingredients that can gain you weight.

2. It will improve your health. Unhealthy and overstuffed foods can cause health conditions such as cancer, high blood pressure, Back pain, Diabetes, stroke, Heart disease, and gout. When cooking instead, you eliminate these.

3. You will save money. A lot of restaurant foods are expensive, and you can save big at the supermarket. Especially with sales.

One reason that preparing and eating food at home is better, because not all restaurant foods are healthy, and that way you can eat healthier than some foods restaurants have.

Another reason is because eating at a restaurant is more expensive because you have to pay for everything you eat, which could cost less if u prepared it by yourself, and you would also have to pay for the gas to get to the restaurant.

Preparing and eating food at home is less expensive, and sometimes healthier.

Advantages:

-Getting fresh air. Fresh air is always good for you! Everybody needs fresh air!

-Seeing nature. You have to like nature at least a little. Seeing all of the outside birds and other animals living their life. Depending on where you life, if you go to a quiet place to eat outside that's near trees and other animal habitats, you might see some kind of animal that you don't see everyday!

Disadvantages:

-Bugs could possibly get into your food. Nobody wants critters in their food!

-If it's windy, all your stuff could blow away. That would kinda suck. :/

-It could possibly rain even if it doesn't look like it's not going to. Even though we have weather reporters on the news, technically you can't predict mother nature. Well, sometimes you can. But you can't predict when Mother Nature could produce rain or wind or cloudiness!

This is everything I could think of :/ Hope this helps ^_^ -Bree
