fat people die early. excess weight increases blood pressure and likelihood of Diabetes as well as increased cholesterol in the body wich also increases blood pressure.... all bad for the heart the number one part in the body that fails 1st

Health maintenance may vary depending on an individual's illness. Examples of these are blood pressure monitoring for hypertensive individuals, lifestyle modification for the lifestyle-induced illness (Heart disease, Diabetes, etc.).

These two projects/programs help to prevent disease in the community as well as prevent the development of complication of those with existing illness. It further helps to save on money for other needs instead of allocating for hospitalization.

After you work out every day for about a week, you begin to notice more energy than you did have before you started working out. The first part is tough getting into it, but once you are used to it, you will feel much better than you did before. It has been proven that working out daily reduces stress, as well as depression.

Note that working out takes time - I recommend setting a time every day to do your exercise, and plan ahead. It doesn't have to be a long work out, just as long as you burn calories and use muscles. Always stretch before and after so that you won't cramp up.

All in all, it is a great habit to get into!
