Bethesda Naval Hospital in Washington DC. They treat all members of the armed forces and are staffed by members of mostly the US Navy but have US Army, US Marines, and US Air Force. Bethesda is commanded by an Admiral from the Navy. They have a very large VA center also. They also do cutting edge research on a variety of new medical studies such as prosthetics for paraplegics who can now run and jump better than when they had real legs.

In my opinion Naval Hospital Portsmouth located in Portsmouth VA is the best. My son is seen there and they provide outstanding care. The neurosurgeons are VERY knowledgable.
