My findings are usually body is fighting against a viral infection. Do not be alarmed have a specialist look into it. Neutrophil intervals should be 40-74 % as normal, and lymphs interval should be 14-46% as normal.

Higher-than-normal T-cell levels may be due to: * Acute lymphocytic leukemia * Infectious mononucleosis * Multiple myeloma Lower than normal levels of Neutrophils can be caused by a failure of the bone marrow to make enough neutrophils. It may also occur when white blood cells are destroyed faster than they can be produced.

Did an ulceration in the soft palate of a feline cause a high neutrophil cell count?

The ulceration could be related to a high neutrophil count. Neutrophils are the white blood cells that respond to bacterial infections and infections in spaces (sinuses, body cavities, etc.). As the ulcer is in the mouth and bacteria could easily be invading the ulcer, it seems reasonable that the two are linked.
