At present, the main treatments for cerical cancer surgery or the chemoradiation. Surgery in early cerical cancer patients, for no infringement in tumor tissue adjacent to the uterus and without distant metastases, take surgery and postoperative adjuvant therapy can eradicate most cerical cancer. But many Cervical cancer patients in at time of diagnosis has local and regional diffusion tumor surgery, lose opportunity, the chemoradiation become the standard clinical diagnosis of conventional, may be widely used.

Cervical cancer chemoradiation refers to radiotherapy combined with chemical medication in the way, chemotherapy, radiation primarily complementary. Cervical cancer radiotherapy technology the biggest characteristic is to external beam and the organic integration of within illuminate. External beam with advanced accelerator, radioactive sources in micro by irradiation is ShiYuanQi into patient body, direct illuminate the cervix area tumor, directly on the tumour of large doses of radiation. For young patients ovarian function protection goal, in early cerical cancer treatment or tend to surgical treatment, but for IIb) (significantly more than by infiltrating) palace, radiation therapy for patients with is almost the only option.

Kill cancer cells also protect normal tissue

"Combat" and "to protect civilians" combining the key is to treat cerical cancer. From the anatomical structure can be seen in the cervix, front is bladder, is behind the rectum, only a few millimeters among a layer of film. So in to treat cerical cancer, the requirement must accurately. One is "combat", killing all cancer cells, on the one hand, is "to protect civilians," don't let innocent normal tissue damage.

First, the process and to cervical cancer radiotherapy constantly optimize the operation regulation. Every step of the process to the strict quality control, every day to the testing and debugging equipment.

Next, put the advanced intensity-modulated technology applied to cervical cancer in external radiation therapy to protect patients and can greatly reduce the normal tissue, rectum and bladder and the small intestine complications occurred.

Moreover, the application of 3-d cavity image guided radiotherapy and individualized then in technology that allows doctors do ".none ". A tree every leaf is different, and head height, cavity structure, tumor location, determine each patient's condition is not likely to exactly the same. In addition to high-end 3d image system application accuracy position outside, the doctor's experience, technical level has become the key to cerical cancer treatment. Radiation doctors should continuously grope for optimal illuminate model, in view of the different patients, different treatment phase take different treatments.

Early detection and early treatment is still the gold standard

At present, cervical cancer treatment effect is wonderful. According to the Beijing union medical college hospital statistics, Ⅰ period and Ⅱ a period of such patients to 90%, cure Ⅱ b period and Ⅲ period patients can achieve 80%. Four period, but can't cure patients although by actively radiotherapy, 5 years of survival rate also in more than 50 percent. Therefore, cervical cancer is not terrible, early detection and early treatment is still the gold standard, establish confidence, pinpoint the countermeasure, the vast majority of cervical cancer patients can be cured.

Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in men.

It is impossible for a female to get prostate cancer because women do not have a prostrate gland.

Prostrate cancer currently accounts for 25% of all cancers contracted by men. The chances of developing prostrate cancer get higher as you get older. It is mostly common in men over 70 years of age. But there are cases of younger men developing prostrate cancer, although not as much as men over 70.

Around the age of 50, the prostrate gland can enlarge and press against the urethra, causing urinary problems for men. However this is not prostate cancer and is 100% treatable.

For reasons that science cannot currently explain (research is ongoing) men of African-Caribbean or African decent are twice more likely to develop prostate cancer than Caucasian-decent (white) men. Also, men of Asian origin are two times less likely to develop prostate cancer than Caucasians.

Scientists currently can't explain why.

Aside from that, the actual cause of prostate cancer is also a medical mystery. Nobody knows what causes it.

We do, however, know how to treat it.

Treatments range from amputation (removal) of the prostate gland, hormone therapy or radiotherapy.

However if the cancer spreads to other areas of the body, such as bone cells, it cannot be cured and is terminal.

So in summary:

- African-Caribbean or African descent men are 2x at risk of prostate cancer

- Asian descent men are 2x less likely to develop prostate cancer

- 25% of all cancers in men is prostate cancer

- Most cases of prostate cancer are found in men over 70

- It is impossible for a woman to get prostate cancer because they do not have a prostate gland (with exception to transsexuals)
