You are breaking the law, at lease in the UK. A learner driver must have a full licence holder sitting in the passenger seat, display 'L' plates front and rear of the vehicle, be covered by insurance, and not drive on the motorways.
Your licenses can be suspended for a year and your vehicle can be impounded. Also you will receive a ticket if the officer feels that it is necessary
If you get pulled over or in an accident you may lose the priveledge to get your driver's license until age 21.
No they won't. A learners permit is not a valid license. They shouldn't be driving without a licensed driver. The owner of the car can be held liable. They can be sued for allowing an unlicensed driver, drive their vehicle.
well in florida if u drive alone with a learners permit you will have ur drivers license suspended for up to six months...............so don't do it
Hopefully you were not driving alone ... could lose your license for that. Otherwise, it works the same as if you had a normal license ... the police will take down all the information - whomever was in the front passenger seat (hopefully a licensed driver over the age of 21) will also have to accept responsibility, as you were driving under their guidance and direction.
It is the same as driving without a license. So what will happen is that the officer will give your child a citation for driving without a driver's license, the prices ranges in all cities and states. Then depending on the officer; may tow your vehicle to an impound lot or tell your child to call someone to come pick he and the vehicle up.
hey there... If you receive your learners you may only drive with a passenger that has had his/her full license for 2 yrs. On your restircted you may either drive all on your own or with a full license holder in da passenger seat. There are conditions driving alone. On your full you can take any pssenger! hope this helps...
aaaa YOU CAN'T DRIVE ALONE UNTIL YOU GET YOUR LICENSE.
As long as you have a valid drivers license and not a learners permit yes.
In Georgia you are supposed to have a certain number of hours of experience driving at night before you can get your license. The parent has to sign saying that you have this experience when you go back to get your license.
I don't know for sure about California, but in my state and all states I know of, you are required to have a licensed driver with you when you only have a learners permit and cannot drive alone. Take a look at the permit, driver's manual, or call your local DMV.
114 dollars. just got one
Your license will be surrendered to the police officer and you will have to find alternate transportation to your intended destination. You could also be arrested and the car impounded. If you think that what you are doing has the slightest notion of being wrong, it probably is.
