As well as I can determine, none from volcanic eruption. It has not erupted for well over 150 years, so the area was very sparcely populated and apparently there were not even any permanent Native American habitations in the immediate vicinity, so if there were any fatalities, they would not have been recorded. In recent years, there have been about three mountaineering fatalities annually, but I could not find a total number.
Mount Rainier's injuries and deaths are primarily related to the 10,000 people a year that try to climb the mountain. 53 People have died attempting to climp the summit. Unlike its southern sister, Mount St. Helens, there have been no deaths related to volcanic activity at Mount Rainier.
