The difference between the melting point and bioling point of water is that it's melting point is when it turns from solid to liquid, (ice to water). It's boiling point is when it turns from liquid to gas, (water to water vapor).
This is a physical change. Liquid water and water vapor are the same thing. Water the liquid, when it is boiling, the water evaporates and becomes water vapor. Water vapor is much lighter than air than water
Condensation is the form in which water vapor changes into liquid. If water vapor in the atmosphere cools enough, it changes back into liquid. This process of water vapor changing to a liquid is called Condensation.
