Mainly vegetables and fruit that contain vitamins meat which includes pork, liver etc contains some fibre and vitamin B16
Vitamins are found in mostly all food sources but, most don't contain all the vitamins.
Wheat is part of the grains, breads, and cereals food group. So it contains B vitamins and it gives you energy.
Probably fruits and vegetable contain the highest vitamins and minerals.

Vegetables usually contain several vitamins and minerals, but have a higher amount of one or two of them. For example, carrots contain a high concentration of Vitamin A, but contain many other vitamins and minerals in lesser amounts. Also, unlike supplements, which usually have isolated vitamins, vegetables contain phytonutrients which are needed for the vitamin to work in the body.

Almost all foods contain some vitamins. The real question should be are there enough in a particular food in light of how much of that food you regularly eat.
