1) the U.S. is not as good as people say it is 2) the U.S. is going down 3) immigrants only serve to make the U.S. weaker 4) the U.S. has MORE problems than any other country 5) our president reign is VERY bad 6) it is hard to survive as an immigrant 7) many more There is really only one disadvantage that I have seen with Immigration and that is the language barrier. English is the offical language of America, but alot of immigrants don't speak English. Either because they can't or they won't. Either way it is a problem because if they work for you, how do you tell them what not to do, so they won't get hurt.

  • It is hard for illegal Mexican immigrants to get jobs.
  • Mexican immigrants are often exploited in the US.
  • Money is spent on policing the border, building fences and walls, employing immigration officials, etc.
  • Increase of the workforce due to more people can lead to lower wages, particularly in non-skilled labour.
  • Some Politicians are often eager to blame problems on immigrants, preventing people from finding the other causes of problems, particularly when there is an economic recession. Immigrants are often scapegoats.
  • More time/money spent on immigration issues means less time/money spent on economic or other issues.

Many Mexican immigrants moved to the West and worked on ranches and farms. However, not all Mexican immigrants did this. On that basis many can find work in the Northeast USA, and other locations.
