As a Customer Relationship Manager, he or she should ensure the flows of process from start till the service (or product) delivery are work seamlessly, or work coordinate with the related department head to improve the process.
All complain should handling immediately and ensure that both company and customer are getting their fair value.
Subject to the corporate needs, some CRM are getting involves with database management, loyalty program or direct marketing process to communicate with their existing customer or new customer about the company new product launch or some seasons promotional campaign.
CRM could using the "light" social media (company blog) channel to communicate the company news as to enhance the company brands development. The responds from the customer could therefore revert back to the management to seek the best of course to proceeds and improve their product to the satisfactory level.
