What are the enemies of a Siamese cat?
Any other cat if left to roam outside, or larger animals such as coyotes. Roads and cars are also a huge risk to cats that are allowed outside in urban areas.
No, a regular cat will not be able to give birth to a full Siamese kitten. At best, the kittens will be half-Siamese if one of the parents was a full Siamese cat. I have a calico female that mated with my male Siamese and when she gave birth to four kittens that looked like Siamese and one was coloured black. However none of these kittens are full Siamese.
my Siamese cat is 16 years old...was wondering if anyone else's Siamese cat has lived that long? Answer My Siamese is almost eighteen. The average lifespan for Siamese cats is fifteen to twenty years, but some are known to live longer than that. Siamese cats are known for having longer lifespans than most other housecats.
if you mean"how can a Siamese be disqualified. they're the best and and all other cats a inferior" then your dang wrong. if you mean you bring a quality Siamese and its atoumatically disqualified from first look then i have an answer. most Siamese that are in cat cat shows are super duper skinny. those are modern Siamese. however traditional/applehead Siamese are more robust and rarely get entered. so maybe the traditional is disqualified
The CFA classify the flame point Siamese cat as a Colorpoint Shorthair and refer to them as Red Points but do not acknowledge them as a Siamese. Other cat registries do acknowledge them as Siamese but instead of flame they refer to them as red. The flame point, while not exactly rare, is not seen as often as a blue point.
