WIFI and Bluetooth are both wireless communication protocols. WIFI is usually used to allow laptops to connect to the internet via a WIFI hotspot or to allow two devices in a home network to communicate without stringing wires, and has a maximum range of about 100 meters. Bluetooth is usually used to connect two devices that are within a few feet of each other, such as a headset and a cell phone.

Yes.
Bluetooth and WiFi are the two most dominant wireless technologies to choose from for personal connection. (I'll assume you PDA is not a cellular phone) If you don't want to use WiFi, then Bluetooth is really your only option. You can setup your Computer which also must have Bluetooth as a Bluetooth modem. You can then connect from your PDA to your Computer via the Bluetooth connection and to the internet. This however will be significantly slower than WiFi and the distance you can travel form your computer will be short.
Yes it can connect via WiFi, bluetooth, wireless data 4Glte and 3G.
