Rig Veda is the most sacred Hindu text.
However, it is not the only Hindu sacred text because there are the other three Vedas viz. Yajur Veda, Sama Veda and Atharva Veda, the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata, the Bhagavad Gita, etc.

However, Rig Veda is not only the oldest Hindu sacred text but is the only Hindu sacred text that deals with Brahmajnana, the complete knowledge of the facts of life that don't change with time, place or person.

There is no single Hindu sacred text, not in a similar fashion to how the abrahamic religions (Islam, Christianity, Judaism) have theirs. In Hindu religion the oldest and most sacred text is the Vedas. The Vedas are separated into four different sections, the Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda and Atharva Veda. The oldest of the vedas, the Rig Veda dates back to around 1500 BCE and is one of the oldest religious texts in use. The Vedas have also had a profound influence on Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism.
