The importance of human rights is that everyone, supposedly, has a secure and safe life. There are many rights that are included in Human Rights, so if you want more info, look on the Internet, you're sure to find something. In my opinion, Psychopathic criminals and terrorists, etc, who have got solid evidence against them, connecting them to a serious crime, should have there human rights taken away from them and should rot in cell somewhere on an island in the Arctic Ocean. :)Also, all laws should contain statements that persons can not be convicted of breaking the law or offending an individual or individuals unless it is proven that the individual has caused financial or bodily harm, only. Calling it offensive because it doesn't agree with your philosophy or is just distasteful to your lifestyle is not breaking the law.

human rights is very important in today's world because today, every step of ours brings us to a new world of different culture ans different practise. in such case we don't need to worry of not getting our rights in such culture. being born as a human is enough to claim our rights. human rights saves our individuality which is the most important factor of self esteem.
