The are 5 levels to the ecosystem.

Starting with the most basic to more complex -

Organism - Is the actual individual living thing in the ecosystem.

Population - The Individual living organism is made up of a population in a certain area.

Community - The community is made up of all the combined Populations that live in a certain part of the ecosystem.

Ecosystem - Several different communities make up the ecosystem. For Instance and example of an ecosystem would be the Florida Everglades, the Arctic Deserts of Antarctica, or the Sahara Desert

Biosphere - The Earth is a Biosphere. The Biosphere is made up of different ecosystems that supports different species of life.
