The Atlantic and the Pacific are not 'in' North America, but form boundaries on 2 sides. Bodies that are in North America would include the Great Lakes, Hudson Bay, and the Mississippi and its tributaries among other smaller bodies.

There are a number of bodies of water that do not border North America. Some examples include the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea.
The Indian Ocean and the Southern Ocean do not touch North America. Some consider the Southern Ocean an extension of the the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and not an actually ocean. The Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic oceans all wash upon the shores of North America.
