The Atlantic and the Pacific are not 'in' North America, but form boundaries on 2 sides. Bodies that are in North America would include the Great Lakes, Hudson Bay, and the Mississippi and its tributaries among other smaller bodies.

The Saint Lawrence Seaway which leads from the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean.

The Great Lakes, the Great Salt Lake, the Mississippi River, the Missouri River, the Rio Grande, the Colorado River, the Ohio River, the Tennessee River, Lake Okeechobee, Great Bear Lake, Great Slave Lake, Saint Lawrence River, Gulf of St. Lawrence and Hudson Bay are some of the major bodies of water in North America.
