There are two main types of stroke. One is called an Occlusive

stroke which means that the blood vessel in the brain is blocked,

usually by a blood clot. The other type of stroke is called a

Hemorrhagic (pronounced hemoragic) stroke where the blood vessel in

the brain bleeds uncontrollably.
