In the book "Milkweed" by Jerry Spinelli, there is no singular solution, as the story revolves around the experiences of a young boy named Misha during the Holocaust. The narrative explores themes of survival, identity, and the complexities of war, rather than a specific problem to be neatly solved. The book aims to evoke empathy and reflection on the horrors of the historical events it portrays.

I think it could be because they are in a place with no hopes for the future. Maybe its when Misha and Janina are in the alley, Janina said its her 'angel' that its flying away. So it could be called Milkweed because all of the angels and hopes of the people in the ghetto have gone away.

I'm not sure exactly if lesson and message are the same... lemme check. k, both are the same the main lesson that Misha learns is 'Being someone important doesn't mean you'll always be liked.' Take presidents for an example, some people hate them and some like them; therefore you will never have ever body on only one side. Since this is a historical fiction novel the characters aren't real, but the story line is.
