I would look at new product development keeping up with changing lifestyles and consumer perceptions. there seems to be a trend towards more healthy eating which Burger King should factor in. Also it appears that in the future, more convenient meals and quicker service would be imporant. BK should also consider expanding to more countries and inflitrating more markets.

The objectives for Burger King can will be most like any other business that wishes to remain profitable. Maintain brand recognition, brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and generate new customers. Through QoS and product development and expansion these objectives are partially obtainable. Additional distribution channel (franchise) marketing and owner satisfaction will help progress the company toward these objectives.
