The chances of concieveing decrease slowely after the age of 35, however if you are still ovulating and having periods then you still have a good chance, your eggs do age over time, but many women have had healthy babies after 45 so if you are trying to fall pregnant, the best thing to do is find out as much as you can about your fertility, when you ovulate etc to increase your chances. goodluck :)
