All the rules are in the instructions provided in the game, but some additional rules are:
- You cannot steal a wild card unless it is part of a full set.
- You can double the double the rent card.
- If you have more than 7 cards at the end of your turn, the person that catches you can remove a random card from your deck.
- Spoz is not allowed to play.
- Once you put a card down you are not allowed to pick it up again.
- There is to be at least one person watching out for Chris or Kane cheating ways.
- Nobby is always right,
- If Nobby is wrong refer to above.
