Rachel Caine won't do it personally as she is an author not a movie maker. She has however, sold the rights to a movie and if plans go ahead she will no doubt assist them in writing the script.

Michael Jackson purchased all publishing rights for the script in 1952. he later placed the script above his fireplace and requests various artists do personal portraits of him holding the sript.
