Only several are located near the rings and in the rings central gravitational (otherwise in the middle of the ring.) The 2 on Halo 1 were named, Falter (in the center), and Safar (orbiting the ring). Also 2 light years away was earth. On Halo 2 (destroyed ring identified as halo 1) was 2000 miles away from earth because it floated away. And Halo 3 had no planets near.
