By consuming a healthy diet, including at least eight glasses of water per day, more fresh vegetables, some fruit, quality protein, and strictly limit, apart from the occasional treat, refined (processed) carbohydrates. In addition, engage in cardio exercise and try to avoid spending too much time on a computer or watching TV.
Obesity is 100% preventable with correct exercise and eating habits. One doesn't have to completely give up coke and cheeseburgers to keep from getting obese. you could exersize or go on a diet. if you arnt fat yet then simply eat healthy, exersize, and maintain your regular weight.
