Distance to the planets & their atmosphere once you do get there.

Earth is the only habitable planet around.

Basically it comes down to time and logistics let's say that we want to travel to Jupiter at a velocity of 40,000 mph it would take 1.5 years to get there so we have to stock enough supplies and oxygen for at least 4-5 years, fuel is another issue fuel to accelerate slow down and maneuver, communications if you arrived at Jupiter and had a problem in the ship and sent a radio transmission to Earth it would take you roughly 93 minutes to get a response perhaps too late. Micro bursts, radiation, asteroids, micro-meteorites, gamma rays, etc....Not making that trip anytime soon

  • Its made of gas, you'll just fall into the planet
  • It is freezing cold, humans would freeze within seconds
  • The cold will also freeze and malfunction electrical equipment
  • Space shuttles are only currently designed to orbit our own planet and moon
  • Even if we did build a shuttle capable of long space travel, it would take years to reach Neptune. Food and water supplies in space are extremely limited
  • Strong winds and gassy ice storms would blizzard humans and blow them into space
  • The gravity is stronger than Earth, for all we know, anything on Neptune would be crushed under the gravitational pressure

there are many problems for future travel to neptune, because it is so far away from the sun,it would be very cold.Plus neptune is very far away, and we only live a average of 75 or 90ish at the max, mabye more by a few years,so by the time a human got there they would be dead.We could send in a robot with camera's to study and bring back samples though.
