the pros are that they have no resale value and are therefore cheap. The cons are the same plus they are not a very good car and there are lots better cars out there. My 2001 has 93K miles on it have had no issues at all. Just routine maintenance and just replaced timing belt and water pump. I do have the RT and a manual transmission however. I expect it to go another 100K. ya, if you plan on keeping it till it falls apart, it's amazing for the price, mpg, reliability - minimum maintinence, but like that guy said, resale's a BlTCH.

I won't list all the cons, but will just say this. This is a very uncomfortable, vehicle with poor reliability. There are many, many, better choices in a small car. Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Mazda, and Ford Focus are good choices. Neon is a very poor choice.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean the pros and cons of buying a home WITH cash? Or do you mean buying a home FOR cash, ie for investment purposes?

Pros and cons of buying a Pontiac Torrent are that you need to weigh in the price, and the effectiveness of purchasing this. There are some sites that you can check to weigh these options.

Some of the pros and cons is that buying from a Chinese wholesaler means you are paying less because you don't need to pay for the journey to get there. One of the cons would be the size difference as you are only buying what you see from the images provided. More pros and cons can be found on Dan Views.
