My Mother is the temporary guardian of my four year old son. Can she tell me that he can not move iin with me when i get my own homw?
Generally, not if the child is a minor, at least not without permission of the probate court or written permission of the estate's executor. The parent who pay child support to your legal guardian have to go to court and modify the child support order so the money goes to you.
