How do you stop Depo-Provera?
You don't have the injection again. Though it can take 10 to 11 months to have your period completely normal again and be able to get pregnant. Once the injection has been given, there is no way to stop the effects of it, negative or positive. It cannot be removed from your system, as it has been injected.
