I have taken this juice. There are no side effects that I have had so far (a few months). I would advise someone to drink the recommended amount because I am not sure what would happen if you drink more.

∙ 14y agoThere are no known side effects to consuming Monavie. Monavie is a 100% fruit juice therefore the only possible side effect would be to those with known Allergies to fruit or fruit products. Drink Monavie with confidence.
A study was conducted (reference needed) where patients were given access to as much Monavie as they would like to consume on a daily basis for 12 months. The only side effect experienced by any of these patients was the need to go to the bathroom on a more regular basis. Drinking Monavie showed no negative side effects.
