Its unlikely to become pregnant while on DEPO. If you think you're pregnant, take a pregnancy test. The symptoms would be the same symptoms as any woman gets when she's pregnant.

∙ 11y agoIf you are referring to the depo shot, many women have very light to no periods while on it. Chances of getting pregnant are very slim but the only way to know if you are is if you take a pregnancy test especially if you start having other than the missed period pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, frequent urination, tender breasts, increase in appetite, etc.

Signs of pregnancy during the depo are the same as being off the depo. But, a thing is, the depo shot can cause pregnancy symptoms without a pregnancy being present. Headaches backaches urinating often sore breasts sore nipples swollen breasts morning sickness

∙ 16y agoBecause women do not get their periods with this method of birth control, it is understandable to worry about whether or not pregnancy has occurred. If you are getting your shots on schedule, depo-provera is pretty darn effective (99% success rate). It is very unlikely that you would have conceived. If you were late for your shot and were sexually active during that time, the only way to know for certain is taking a pregnancy test.

∙ 10y agoIf you are having "symptoms" of pregnancy then I'd have a test done. That is truly the only way to find the answer. However, after reading all that I have this morning it seems it takes a good 6-12 months for all to go back to normal and our bodies to get back to the fertile field (so to speak).
