Both anorexics and bulimics suffer from very dangerous, and potenetially deadly, easting disorders. In each case, the individual has a problem with food and how to deal / cope with food. Often, this stems from a problem with self-esteem, depression, and / or feelings they may have. Usually, both anorexics and bulimics will lose weight. Their bodies are also put in danger. Eating disorders can weaken the heart, liver, and kidneys to a dangerous level where they can experience organ failure. Muscles will begin to deteriorate, too.
Anorexia is when a person will eat little to no calories in a day or however long, a person with bulimia will binge on food, then purge it and starve themselves in between (not always, but mostly), people with binge eating disorder will eat thousands of calories, but will not purge them at all. So really the only thing all of these things have in common is just that they are eating disorders. Binge eating is related to bulimia, but is in no way connected with anorexia. Bulimia is a combination of binge eating disorder and anorexia.
Both bulimics and those who suffer from binge-eating disorder will binge eat. This means that they consume large amounts of foods, typically unhealthy or "junk" foods, in a relatively short amount of time. The difference is that bulimics will later purge the food, and those with B-E.D usually will not.

Anorexics don't eat. Bulimics throw up.
Both anorexics and bulimics are cautious about how much they eat around other people and what kinds of foods they ingest. They do not like to eat around other people (secrecy is the name of the game). They both starve themselves for long periods of time (bulimics just make up for it by stuffing it all down later). They might appear bloated, but that is mostly bulimics due to water retention so I suppose it depends on how much the anorexic is vomiting.
NoSome anorexics do binge and purge, but only tiny amounts and more consistently than bulimics. There are two main differences between anorexics and bulimics -Anorexics lose a significant amount of weight, and usually have an extremely low and unhealthy BMI. This disorder is characterised by excessive weight loss and a fear of putting on weight and getting fat. They are proud of their diets and how controlled they are regarding food.Bulimics on the other hand are not necessarily skinny; some are quite overweight, and others are in the normal weight range. They are ashamed by their purging activities and feel like their eating is uncontrollable. Both are equally dangerous disorders causing serious medical and psychological problems, and need to be treated by a physician or psychologist or psychiatrist
Vampyres are sensitive to light and sun and some foods or any foods may irritate the stomach. Some bulimics and anorexics may be vampyres and never know it.
It is less about being a certain size and more about the fact that people with various eating disorders could benefit from acquaintances across the disorder spectrum.
Anorexics are underweight according to their BMI and if are female have lost their period. Bulimics binge and purge (consume large amounts of food then over exercise, vomit or abuse laxatives to compensate)and may be underweight, a normal weight or overweight. Both have irrational fear of food or gaining weight and have a warped idea of their own weight. Some anorexics binge and purge as well, but are underweight so are diagnosed anorexic.
Bulimics tend to eat anything and everything as fast as they can and drink down a lot of soda because the bubbles help it come up easier and bulimics tend to weigh more because during their binges they take in about 20,000 calories and when you expell that from your system you're only bringing up half of the calories. Anorexics on the other hand will cut up their food into itty bitty little pieces and sit and rearrange it on their plate to make it look like they have eaten something. Anorexics weigh much less than bulimics because they only take in about 400 calories a day at the most.
Over Eaters Anonymous is for all people who have some sort of problem with food. The meetings are there to help those who are compulsive overeaters and those with binge eating disorder. It can also be for bulimics and anorexics.
Like anorexics, bulimics loose weight quiqly and unsafly yet anorexics loose more weight because they don't have any food in their stomach whereas bulimics still have leftover food in their stomach they didn't get get rid of. Bulimics loose more weight than anorexics.
