The primary similarity for nearly all branches of Christianity is that they believe in God and His sending His Son, Jesus, to become the Christ. There is disagreement in the Godhead meaning most believe it to be a Trinity of 3 individual 'persons' while a minority believe only in One Godhead consisting of the Father and the Son. Lastly, the majority recognize Sunday - the 1st day of the week - as the religious 'Sabbath' while a minority still follow the biblical teaching of Friday sunset to Saturday sunset - the traditional 7th day of the week.
