With the exception of corn, European staple foods are the same as the USA. Staple foods means grains, meats, dairy products, and vegetables that make up the largest portion of the diet. That would be poulty, beef, wheat, barley, potatoes, milk, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, beans, peas, and various leafy greens like spinach.
