Micro-tubules play active role in chromosome movement during cell division.
Chromosomes
Cells are the smallest structures of an organism. (nothing simpler than a cell is considered to be alive)
Retractile means that the object in question is good at bending light, or refraction. Spores have structures that vary in density compared to the whole. This allows them to be very easily studied under light microscopes.
You mean meiosis. At the end of meiosis II, each diploid parent cell produces four haploid cells. In males, all four will become gametes called sperm cells. In females, one of the four haploid cells will receive the vast majority of cytoplasm and will become the female gamete, which is an ovum or egg cell. The other three cells will be reabsorbed.
It is important that chromosomes move during mitosis because the chromosomes' sister chromatids need to separate. They must separate to become daughter cell-carrying chromosomes themselves.
what macromolecules studied today are present in cells"
Several key figures in the movements had studied in Great Britain or the United States.
Mitosis is type of cell division which is found in Eukaryotic cells .It is different from cell division of bacteria which is not mitosis, but called amitosis or binary fission.Mitosis is actually nuclear divisionwith 4 stages i,e. prophase , metaphase , anaphase and telophase . Mitosis can be studied only in Eukaryotes , as Bacteria are prokaryotic which lack mitosis , hence they can`t be used for study of mitosis. ..
The ribosomes would be studied, because that is the site of protein synthesis.
yes they are, I studied this in college

essentially everything studied so far in AS, so: Enzymes Carbohydrates Cell structures Osmosis Heart structure Magnification calculations etc...
Light microscopes are used to study living organism and to watch and analyze their structures. Electron microscopes use a dead specimen and are able to observe structures in great detail and with much much higher magnification. +++The electron microscope has a far higher definition and magnification than an optical microscope could achieve, but as you say you could not use it to study a living organism.
'have studied' or 'has studied' I have studied you have studied (singular) he, she or it has studied we have studied you have studied (plural) they have studied Some examples (using abbreviations) are: I've studied more than enough science. The trainees have really studied hard. She has studied just enough to pass the test.
The fluorescent microscope only views light of wavelengths equaling the fluorescing material that's being studied. If you have a dark background, cells and their structures can be glowing when seen.
In Asia, the mantis is considered lucky and a good omen, and was studied by Shaolin monks, who developed a fighting style based upon its movements.
The Maya studied astronomy, calendrics, agriculture, and the movements of celestial bodies from observation. They built impressive observatories and used their knowledge to develop sophisticated calendars and accurately predict celestial events.
