Solid (Ice), Liquid (Water), and Gas (Water Vapor). Transforming into these is a physical change.

Water transforms into ice by being cooled & into water vapor by being heated and evaporating. Ice transform back into water when warmed. It must go through changing into water before becoming a gas. Vapor can transform into water by being cooled. It must become water before transforming into ice.
