They are 43 Ft. lbs
8-9.5 in./lb torque
16-19 pounds torque
12 ft/lbs but its better to use 1/4" torque wrench set at 144 in/lb so you don't over tighten.
You did not mention if it was the intake to the cylinder head bolts (1993 buick lesabre 96 in-lbs)..... or ..... the intake upper to lower bolts ( 1993 buick 132 in -lbs) but i hope you will know wich you are looking at since there is a large difference in torqe.
SOHC motor (T45 torx bit) 89 in-lbs DOHC motor (10mm bolts) 22 FT-lbs
Torque the head bolt on a 1993 Toyoto 22RE three times at 58 foot pounds of torque. The 22RE head bolts are not torque-to-yield (stretch), and are re-usable. Torque is 55-63 foot pounds. Thoroughly clean the bolts on a wire wheel and inspect for pitting, especially in the threads and replace as necessary. It is also recommended to re-torque them after about 1,000 miles. ChaCha!
The torque on my 1993 is 46 ft lbs.
