The fonts have different formats and so need converting to work with the other system. Some Windows fonts will work with some Adobe software on a Mac, such as InDesign, without conversion. TransType is a popular conversion solution (See links below) .
Either save the text boxes as pictures and replace the boxes with the saved picture versions or embed the fonts (see directions as followed). 1. Click Save As on the File menu. 2. Click Toolbar (toward the right on the Save as screen). 3. Click Save Options. 4. Select Embed True Type Fonts. Note that embeding fonts does not work on wordart, so those you must save as pictures. Embeding fonts like this works on all similar Microsoft programs (Publisher, Word, etc.).
