Any animal (or person) that eats both plants and other animals is called an omnivore. If they only eat plants, we like to call them vegetarians but the scientific name is herbivore. Humans normally eat both plants and meat.

That makes you an omnivore. A vegetarian eats only vegetables, a carnivore eats only meat, while an omnivore can eat both.

A human with a diet of both meat and vegetables would be called "normal" as this is the optimal diet for humans to live on.

You could also call that behavior omnivorous.
