If you Wife blood realated to him then you are his uncle by marriage and even thought you not blood related.
Uncle or Aunt by marriage are one realtion thats 100% realted by marriage.
Aunt or Uncle in law is how you sibings are realted to him but they are only 50% realated to him by marriage.

∙ 14y agoThe English language does not have a specific term for the wife of your nephew. If referring to her other than by name, you would simply call her "my nephew's wife" or, if you want to be more distant, "my great nephew's mother."
It is quite normal to describe her as your niece. All of the foregoing answer is simply pussyfooting.

∙ 13y agoIf the uncle's wife's child is also the uncle's child, then the child and you are first cousins. If the child is fro a previous marriage, before she married your uncle, you are not related - unless your uncle adopts the child. Then you would first cousins.
